TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Reigning Custom Creations, you agree to the following terms.

CUSTOM ORDERS & APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approving production, including artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, garment or product selection, and decoration placement.

Once artwork or an order proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may result in additional charges and may affect the completion date.

PAYMENT & PRODUCTION

Required deposits or payments must be received before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved by Reigning Custom Creations. Any remaining balance is due according to the terms provided with the order or invoice.

Pricing may vary based on quantity, materials, garment selection, artwork requirements, decoration method, production complexity, and turnaround time.

ARTWORK & CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or permission to reproduce any logos, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, names, or other materials they provide to Reigning Custom Creations.

By submitting artwork or other content for reproduction, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use it and authorizes Reigning Custom Creations to reproduce it for fulfillment of the order.

Reigning Custom Creations reserves the right to refuse any order or artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another party.

PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Custom production processes may result in minor variations in color, print placement, embroidery placement, dimensions, or appearance. Digital screens and proofs may also display colors differently from physical materials. Reasonable variations inherent to the production process are not considered defects.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Customer-supplied garments and products are decorated at the customer's risk. We take reasonable care when handling customer property, but certain materials, coatings, manufacturing defects, or other characteristics may react unpredictably during printing, pressing, embroidery, engraving, or other decoration processes.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Production and completion dates are estimates unless Reigning Custom Creations specifically agrees to a guaranteed deadline in writing. Delays caused by artwork approval, customer changes, unavailable merchandise, supplier or carrier delays, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect completion.

ORDER INSPECTION

Customers should inspect completed orders promptly. Problems involving defects, damage, incorrect production, or discrepancies should be reported within 7 days of receipt so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom and personalized products generally become final sale once production begins.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Reigning Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information supplied by the customer. Any claims involving damaged or missing shipments will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable carrier procedures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reigning Custom Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from an order, product, delay, or use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Reigning Custom Creations may update these terms periodically. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
